With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Matt and Dr. Debbie Murdock have co-owned multiple businesses together.
Dr. Matt Murdock is one of the only providers in the area to hold dual degrees as a doctor of chiropractic medicine and a certified
Autonomous nurse practitioner. This allows him to offer natural treatments and medical treatments.
He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic where he met his wife, Debbie, who is also a chiropractor.
In 2005, he became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He also became certified as a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians not long after. This is a specialist degree in sports medicine. He has also completed all requirements to be a Kinesio Tex Tape Practitioner.
In 2014-2016, Dr. Matt was JH Track head coach at Cincinnati Christian Schools. He also coached the Varsity team for shot put, high jump and discus events.
In practice he wanted to treat more severe, acute injuries and health conditions. So around 2016 he decided to go back to school. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Herzing university with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He went on to complete a master’s degree in family practice nursing, and became a certified nurse practitioner. He did his clinical rotations with two family physicians through Kettering Health and an orthopedist in private practice. He completed this in December of 2019. With this degree, he is now able to provide urgent care services such as prescription medication, topical medication, trigger point injections, joint injections, acute spinal pain injections, and x-rays. This enables him to offer his patients diverse treatment options for managing injuries and other conditions.
2023 Dr. Matt decided he wanted to offer other treatments that can help maintain, restore, and prevent injury or other degenerative health problems. He is certified in Peptide Therapy which is considered regenerative, cellular medicine.
He spent most of his high school years in Bristol FL over in Liberty County. He was active in sports particularly football and basketball. A football injury inspired him to become a chiropractor. He now resides in Seagrove Beach FL with his wife Debbie and their 3 dogs (Lulu, Piper, and Jack). He loves most all sports, cars, auto racing, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and dogs. He enjoys lifting weights, yoga, and hiking. His two children Maxson and Carlie are both practicing nurses and are continuing their education with master's programs as well. Dr. Matt attributes his success to his wife Debbie who always was taking care of the kids and helping with the business allowing him time to do more education.

She trained acupuncture under Dr. Zev Myerowitz at Logan University in Missouri and learned multiple styles and methods of acupuncture. She has extensive training in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Auricular(Ear) Acupuncture, and Master Tung Acupuncture. She treats spinal and joint pain as well as chronic pain syndromes. She also works with psychological conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, and depression. She also practices the NADA protocol for Auricular acupuncture. Dr. Debbie also trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic. She learned a diverse set of techniques for joint mobility and myofascial release. She can utilize both chiropractic and acupuncture/dry needling for conditions such as low back, neck, and shoulder pain.
She lives with her husband Matt and 3 spoiled dogs in Seagrove Beach. She loves all animals big and small. She enjoyed riding and competing in Equestrian Dressage and show jumping in her high school years.
