What To Expect During Your First Visit

Your initial visit may vary depending on the type of service, as we provide many health services. For a general breakdown of an appointment, use this as a guide to what to expect...

Understanding Your Needs

Your concerns take center stage as we attentively listen to your health challenges. Intake forms are emailed prior to your appointment and uploaded to our system before your visit. Our providers will review these forms and any recent MRI or X-ray reports you may have provided to better understand your health issues.

Complete Assessment

We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your complaint. Please wear loose-fitting clothing (no leggings or skirts), and women should wear a sports bra or tank top and shorts. This attire helps ensure a thorough and comfortable assessment.

Spinal X-rays (If Needed)

We may recommend digital X-rays of the affected area, conducted on-site, for a deeper understanding of your spinal health. We will review the X-rays with you, offering a clear understanding of any issues present.

Exploring Treatment Options

We’ll guide you through your treatment options, providing knowledge and involving you in the decision-making process. Potential treatments may include chiropractic adjustments, medical treatments, acupuncture, or a combination of these. We believe in recommending a custom-tailored treatment plan based on your specific needs and preferences.

First Treatment Session

During your initial treatment session, anticipate gentle adjustments aimed at realigning your spine and alleviating nerve pressure. Depending on your condition, some treatments may begin on the same day. Additionally, expect personalized advice crafted to support your recovery and prevent future discomfort.

Our Payment Options

Currently, we accept cash, credit card, HSA, and auto insurance only. We are not accepting commercial health insurance at this time. Thank you.
